I will keep this info on hand. I have yet to determine whether gfather Hall
came from the U.K. or Canada. I am waiting patiently for replies by
snail-mail. It would seem that he arrived here only around 1908 and could
well have been related to 1820 Hall's if he came from U.K. I am finding
that Hall is almost as popular as Smith!

If someone in 'Maritzburg is going the the Archives please check James HALL
