south of Hopetown:

Meijnhardt b 17 May 1879 d 18 Jul 1882

WAYLAND

Matilda Wayland (wife of Charles Joseph Wayland) d 6 Aug 1874 aged 59.

WAYLAND

Charles Joseph Wayland b 8 Mar 1817, d 14 Sep 1889

There are other graves there; 27 graves of British soldiers were exhumed and
reinterred elsewhere in the 1960s (Battle of Belmont 23 Nov 1899).
