This is the best I can do with the maps I currently have at home.

Couldn't find a single internet mention of Kaaimansdam or Kaaimans Dam.
However, I did find Kaaimansriver. It is located about halfway between
George and Wilderness in the Garden Route. It begins at the Indian Ocean
and moves inland north toward the Outeniqua Mountains. No mention anywhere
of Kaaimansdam.

This is a somewhat detailed map of South Africa that allows one to click and
enlarge sections of Western Cape. You will also be able to see that
Kaaimansriver is quite east of Swellendam. Perhaps there is another
Kaaimans that has been renamed.

Good Luck. It has been fun looking for your rivers but it is way past my
bedtime. :)

My vacation officially ends today, and I'll have a class full of middle
schoolers tomorrow morning.
