Hi Barbara,
I've also struck a very solid 'brick wall'.
My g/father John Williams was born around 1850 (differing dates on certs.).
His parents were JOHN WILLIAMS and ADRIANA PHINOLOPHIN (more likely VAN
OLLEFEN or similar).
Their marriage may have taken place before 1850.
Could you please keep a corner or your eye open for these in your browsing?
I know this is not a definite date as you requested, but I still hope.
