Horse (Natal) South African Forces. Wounded many times and earned the Royal
Humane Society medal for saving a life at sea. Question:
Did he also go with General Smuts in the East Africa Campaign in WWI in
1916?
Someone of his description is mentioned in my surgeon grandfather's letter.
I would like to find Crean's descendants.
