I searched for a copy for years. If you look at www.addall.com or
www.bookfinder.com, you will find a copy at a bookstore in Johannesburg for
US$150.00. I thought about it a long time, and then did not buy it.

However: For about US$15, you can get the book on CD from April Blakely at
www.rarereprints.com
