Hi Jill
We could use someone with some legal knowledge on this List, to explain to
us when & where Death Notices versus Death Certificates are required. As far
as I know, you won't find records of DCs at FHCs, but I'll be very happy to
be proved wrong! Another thing, when you find a DN at the FHC, you can get a
copy of the actual document, but when you write off to Home Affairs for a
DC, you get a standard form that records information off the original, not a
copy of the original. Does this form record everything that is stated on the
original?
