I meant to say to you that once you had looked through all the Samuel Lewis
entries (there was
also one for a lady who was his widow - so go through each of the 42 I think
there are there)
then I would decide on which ones look to be yours - write the references
down
i.e. TAB, MHG< LEER, REF. No. with detail and put a fairly pleading "would
some kind soul
please help when next at the archives to read the following files" -
I actually got someone to do mine off-list and paid but if you can (quite
often they do) some
kind person will volunteer - depends on how one asks I guess!!!!
