April 1945 must be on film 1864297. They will be about entries 900 - 1200 for
the year 1945.

(If each film has the same number of entries, and if the number of entries per
year is N, then film 1864297 has N - 2408 + 3407 entries.
Film 1864298 has N - 3427 + N + 817 entries. Equating these, N=3629.
