Derek should know better than me, but I think there was a Cannon PRESSLEY in
Kimberley and if I remember correctly his wife was a schoolteacher at the
local school on the rhs on the way to the airport. I do not know if either
are alive but they both were in the late 1980s. They might be worth a
follow up as the name is not all that common in SA.

Seeing this surname all I can think of is that poor SABC TV3 continuity
announcer with same surname but blessed with forename of Elvis!
