Hi all,

Since August this year, I have requested a look-up of 2 death notices from the Bloem. Archive, but ALAS!! they seem to have gone the way of all the Govt. offices in this country, I have not even received a reply verification, so that tells me that they have not even read my email. Not so long ago I would send the Head Of the Archive, Mr. Wheeler, an Email with my request and would have a reply back the next day, but Alas!, no such luck since August. Have they too changed their staff in favour of the previously disadvantaged??,

Are there no researchers who can do research for us in the Free State, on a reciprocal basis ??
