Like Anne, I too come from Fish hoek and went to School in Wynberg. I have
the book, "Story of the Fish Hoek Valley" by Malcolm Cobern (who was
photographer at the Archives at one time - I knew him through the Fish hoek
Photographic society after his retirement). This book has pictures of
Bertie Peers with "the" skull etc. Let me know and I can scan if you want.
The road in Wynberg however is PIERS not PEERS
