Maitland Cemetery.
During the late 1980’s I was horrified to find that there was a tiny
little hut at the (eastern?) end of the Maitland cemetery, in which the
antique grave registers were housed. That, and nothing else.

I went there in search of a gravestone, and the caretaker took me to this
gatehouse(?) and looked up the burial in the book.

I am concerned that vandals will get to this unique record and destroy it.
