Mansell, I do not have the Opgaaf for 1965, so please what is the import of being listed as No.6? Pardon my ignorance, but I assume "provenance" mean "ancestors" in your context, and this is exactly what we would like to know about Abraham EVERTS of course.

If I recall correctly, no mention was made of the provenance of Abraham
Everts. In the Opgaaf for 1695 he is listed at the colony of Stellenbosch
as No. 6 Abraham Everts van Zeeland.

He is not listed as a progenitor on Andre van Rensburg's Stamouers Website
and no provenance is given on Richard Ball's website.
