In which case, we can take it back further anyway, as Benjamin's father is presumably the Solomon Talig Hart, born about 1814, whose death is on FreeBMD: Dec quarter 1881, Kensington district, vol. 1a p. 6

And very fortunately Talig Hart is still alive for the census that year (1881), living in Paddington with his wfe and a much younger son:(ref. RG11 / 1) though wrongly transcribed by Ancestry as "Telig" Hart; Ancestry also transcribed "Aldgate" as "Oldgate":
36 Westbourne Terrace North, Paddington:
Talig Hart, head, married, aged 68, fishmonger, born Aldgate, Middlesex
Hannah Hart, wife, married, aged 50, born Aldgate, Middlesex
Talig Hart, son, [presumably unmarried though the enumerator has written only "Son" again), aged 16, born Aldgate, Middlesex
and a servant.

I haven't looked for the family on earlier censuses, but no doubt they are there even though Ancestry's index may be having problems with reading "Talig".

Hi again

There is a tree on Ancestry which gives the Joseph you seek as being the son
of a Benjamin HART and Matilda SOLOMON
They married at The Great Synagogue London 19th Feb 1875

His siblings are listed there also

Benjamins father is listed as Talig HART , no mother listed

No parents are shown for Matilda

It states that Joseph emigrated to New South Wales in 1883 on the Ellora

You may want to look at it further, if you don'y have ancestry you can get
short subscriptions or your library may have it, many do

There is also a private member tree listing Joseph, you need to be a
subscriber to make contact
