Sorry folks !
The web site given for reprints of "The English in South America" no longer
works
Their is a link on my web-site which was working when I tested about three
months ago
The publishers were Ayer Company Publications Fax 603 922 3348 (USA)
I have tried a search on Yahoo and this site is also dead
If I find another source for the reprinted book I will let you all know
