I have just published many new pages on my website in which I have put the
details of over 1,500 names mentioned in Mulhall's 'River Plate Handbook' of
1863 in a list of 'Foreigners resident in Buenos Ayres'.

The names are displayed in two ways: the first in alphabetical order by
family name/forename. The second is in address order, by street and by town
in the case of those who were living outside Buenos Aires.

I have made the design of the first section flexible enough to incorporate
brief additional notes about the people listed, and will welcome your
contribution for adding to the pages later.
