Thanks for your email. The envelope has two stamps on it and, in one, they
have checked "Casilla Clausurada Por falta de Pago" and in the other they
have checked "Desconocido inconnu". I don't speak much Spanish and cannot
decipher these. Your help would be much appreciated.
