The people on this are the absolute greatest! Seek and you will find; ask and
it will be answered! My thanks to Mary Linda Thomison who confirmed (refer to
yesterdays post) that Price Fisher was indeed the name of Taylor Monroe's NEW
son-in-law. He married Taylor's daughter, Bertha Monroe, on 27 Oct. 1910.
Now, folks, lets check in with the good doctor today, 87 years ago.

More pleasant today. I went to Cave City in buggy with J. Crit Monroe. I put
in bank $79.25 today. I went in Drug Store to see M. O. Willis. Medicine I
had Ordered through him was there and I brought it home. Total amt. $4.30,
hope I will soon get my money out of it.
My comments:
John Crittendon "Crit" Monroe was a brother of Taylor Monroe, born 22 Feb.
1863 to John Wesley Monroe and his first wife, Sarah Elizabeth Poynter. This
information was generously give to me by Lyn Swan, a 4th (I think) cousin to
my wife, Judy.
