Hello Rooters!

Judy and I are leaving 7:30 Friday morning for Memphis, TN to attend the
Region 7 American Iris Society spring meeting. Therefore, I am posting
Friday's diary entry tonight and will post Saturday and Sunday's entries on
Sunday night when we return. Now that the housekeeping is out of the way,
let's see what the good doctor is up to.

I went to see Mr. Buford W. Hester's wife this morning. Came back by Berry
Sturgeon's; lanced his wife's thumb. She had a (can't make out) on it. I
got home about 11:20.

My comments:
I know nothing about Buford W. Hester. It has been quite a while since the
doctor has mentioned Berry Sturgeon. Now, what Berry's wife had on her thumb
looks like the first word *might* be bone, and the second word starts with an
"f." Any help here Dr. Bob?
