Mill Creek area - east side of Big Barren: Names spelled as shown in the
old Edmund ROGERS survey book. These would be in the now Monroe Co. area

Adjah MARRS, chair carriers.
1802 Adrain LANE survey. James MEANS and A. LAIN, chain carriers.
1803 Nathan BREED - no other data.
1803 James BUSH survey. Phillip MULKEY line; Susannah CUMMINS
line. Benj. RUSH, chain carrier.
1803 James HARLIN survey. "Coles Fork of Mill Creek". John WILKINS
line; GOFORTH's survey; WYLIES survey; James HARLAN's
settlement.
1804 Tho. WHYLEY survey. Tho MEANS line.
1804 Walter HOLMES survey. George CHISM's survey; MAYFIELD,
John SCOTT and Thos GRANT's lines.
1804 Joel MOORE. HENRY's line, John DENHAM and Robert LANE
(chain carriers?). The HENRY mentioned was Patrick HENRY
who owned 500 acres on the Cumberland Trace, granted in
1783 and shown in the Lincoln Entries possibly).
