Hello,

I am looking for information on Hiram Jordan and his family. Hiram was born
abt. 1792 in VApossibly Bedford Co. VA. Hirams first wife is thought to
have been Francis ? They were probably married in VA. He married his
second wife, Elizabeth Stanley, but I cannot find the place, or a date for
their marriage. He married his third wife, Margaret Berry, in 1856 in
Lawrence Co., KY. At one time Hiram lived in Floyd and Lawrence Co. KY in
the 1820s. He eventually moved to Edmonson Co. but when, I do not know. I
can find him and his children listed in Edmonson Co. in the 1850 census.

The children of Hiram and Elizabeth are:

Hiram/Hyram J. Jordan, b. abt. 1823, d. 1887 in Edmonson Co. Married 1)
Susan Dunn, 2) Harriett Wingfield.

Ann, b. abt. 1829

Commadore Perry, b. abt. 1830, d. 1912 in Edmonson Co. Married 1)Perlina
Souders, 2) Susan Mankel/Mansco

Mary J., b. abt. 1833, d. 1913 in Warren Co. Married Azel Miller.

Catherine, b. abt. 1836

James F. M., b. abt. 1839

William S. b. abt. 1842, d. 1916 in Warren Co. (unsure of his date, and
place of death). Possibly married Didamia/Dedamia French.

Missiour, b. abt. 1849

Any information on Hiram and his family would be greatly appreciated.
