I was born Chattanooga, raised in Decatur, GA, have lived in KC area since
1959 (6 miles from Independence - the start of the SantaCaliGon trails). I have
visited all the 'historic' sites around here. I just sorta took it for
granted - the wagon trains, but I never thought about MY relatives being involved
in one until the recent discovery of my ancestors in GA one decade and TX the
next. Now, I am wondering, just exactly how did the get there.
