my daddy taught me to have deep middles so you dont get flooded with these summer storms then when its dry you just run the hose down the middle of the rows stell will get a little more rain than me most likly but dennis is on its heals we picked peas till after dark last night and the boys are out now picking butter beans so i will spend the day shelling i just dont like taking my peas to the sheller they get mashed so i forget about the nails and shell
my cousin married a girl from up north and brought here here oone summer during shellin time she put on a pair of rubber gloces not to mess up her nails
they made winter visit after that
