In Telemark

Uppigard Natadal
Seljord, Telemark

fairly large mountainside farm with sufficient rooms, very old wood
buildings, good food. Very high up overlook a farming valley way down
below and beyond overlooking mountians with some snow. About 5 km off
main road, up and down gravel road. Near Flatdal, past Heddal.

lodging 350 - 800 k /night for farms and B&B/ room for 2 including
breakfast. Hotels much much more.

My wife remember $100/tank full. I remember about 9 - 10 k / liter.
Prices abt same in Sweden, except the N k is worth more. That is Norway
is very expensive compared to the rest of Europe.

For Sweden we received a book that listed hundreds and hundreds of
places all over. There should be the same for N but we used the
internet to find the above.
