Ethel Stacy Christian, 73, of the Wolford section of Grundy VA died
September 14th, 2000, in the Buchanan General Hospital.

Ethel was born in Buchanan County, VA.

Ethel was a daughter of the late Litz and Lila Reed Stacy.

Ethel was the widow of Alfred Cecil Christian.

Ethel's survived by five daughters Pam McCoy, Kathy Hurley, Ruth
Ward, Lois Spencer and Betty Bell; eight sons, Ted Christian, A.C.
Christian Jr. and Ronald Anthony Christian, Jimmy Christian , Danny
Christian, Jack Christian, Don Christian, David Michael Christian; her
three sisters, Margie Blankenship, Yvonne Hurley and a Pearl Blair;
four brothers Earl Stacy, Bill Stacy, Preston Stacy and a Ned Stacy;
26 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Ethel was buried in the Wolford Cemetery in Wolford.

Ethel was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Ethel Christian; a
brother, Bert Stacy.
