It depends on whether you have errors in your html coding. It looks for certain html tags
and automatically inserts the header and/or footer according to whether you have used
those tags. You delete those tags - and the javascript does not appear on your pages.

And it seems to be very buggy. Sometimes it does not appear even with proper html tags
