I submit that the issue is NOT the banners as much as what's next? In
six months will they decide they need footers? Sidebars?

Also, this puts GenWeb in the position of doing all the work to make
money for server owner. And that's wrong. Is TGN/RW going to pay us
for bringing people to its site? What's our percent?
