I had one teleconference that I referenced in early Sept.

We did have one additional teleconference on December 7,
2007. Other than myself, Phyllis Rippee, Scott Burow and
Linda Blum-Barton were involved with that call. Each of us
reported to the complete Advisory Board our notes and
perceptions from that teleconference. At no time was the
full board not informed and involved in all communication
from TGN/RW.

After that, all communication has been via email and all
was forwarded to the full Advisory Board.

The Board and I have truly worked to comummuicate with
each other, all of you and TGN/RW. Until my announcements
this week there was not anything of substance to relay to
the Project

Personally as Tina, I don't believe in talking just to
talk.
