Karen, I think you may have misunderstood what Jan meant. She isn't
ready to offer her opinion because she doesn't believe she knows
enough yet about the agreement we can negotiate. I was willing to
offer my opinion because it's derived from factors other than the
terms of the agreement we might be able to negotiate. Both her choice
and mine seem like reasonable ones to reach from the same base of
knowledge.

| This is the exact reason why I don't like to give my opinion. The
| perception is that we know more and that is not so. As to a hosting
| agreement, we have no idea how that might turn out. It may be the
dream
| agreement or could go the other way. I have no idea and sure would
like to
| wait and see what it is. At the end of those negotiations, I'll
have my
| final very informed opinion.
