Betsy Cowle Steer was baptised to Richard Steer and Mary on 22 Feb 1793.
That is from my original transcript of the AG registers.

There was also a Michael Stear who married Mary Widger in 1791 and had a
child (also Michael) in 1794.

There were lots of Steers/Stears/Steeres having children in AG at about
this time.
