Barbara Wilson found these four marriages, and sent them to me.



Richard Steer to Elizabeth Burring on the 25th of January 1756 at Modbury.

Richard Steer to Elizabeth Hele on the 18th of August 1791at Wooland, which
Jack thought was Richard Steer born 1763 s/o Thomas Steer and Mary Luckham.

Richard Steer to Mary Bullen on the 25th of July 1786, at Stoke Damerl,
which I had thought may have married my Richard above born 1763.

James Steer to Mary Hele on the 17th of January 1793 at Woodland.

As far as I know I do not have a James Steer in my family as early on as
this, but the two Hele girls could be sisters, does anyone know who this
James Steer is? Any offers!
