Just in case you missed this I thought I'd send it again. So far abour nine
or ten of us will be there but there is still time to join in!

Hello everyone,
on October 1st we will be holding our Steer meeting! Yes, it's definate and
Jack is kindly hosting the event. Several of you expressed an interest in
coming and it's now time for me to compile a list of participants. It will
be an informal affair, starting around noon with lunch and going on through
the afternoon. Jack will make his research resources available and we will
finally get to put faces to the names we see on our screens! At this stage
we don't really anticipate many speeches/talks, and any notes resulting from
the meeting will be brief. So - over to you. I know that some of you have
already contacted me, but if all of you who are considering coming could
answer the following questions it would be a great help.

Which branch of the family are you from?
Do you need a lift to Banbury if possible?
Can you offer a lift and, if so, where from?
Would you like to stay overnight in a local B&B?
Would you like to come to a pub lunch on the Sunday?
Are you interested in visiting Broughton and seeing their family tree?
(Broughton is a lovely fortified manor house nearby)
Do you have interesting/unusual resources that you could bring?

If you would like to bring something to share for luinch please let me know.
When I have a reply from you I will send you Jack's address, directions and
my phone number. I do hope quite a few of us can be there. Looking forward
to your replies,
Kathy
