Hi, Darrell. I was intrigued by your ancestry but couldn't find your dad in the 1930 census under any of the spellings in the caption, even though you know he got here in 1928. How did your family get to Utah?

In 1930, I found a great many STEINECKE in Chicago, St. Louis, Iowa, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and small families in Wisconsin, Vermont, Virginia, etc. but no first name Arno.

In 1930, I found only one STEINICKE couple, Anna and husband Frank H. of New York.

In 1930, I found zero STEINICKI.
