Hi,
I wonder if we have someone in common. My husband's family included Aden
Wimpey STEPHENS, 1824-1894, who lived in War Eagle Township, Madison Co.,
Arkansas in the 1880 census. He was buried in Cox City, Grady County,
Oklahoma. His son Daniel Harven STEPHENS lived in Marlow Township, Chickasaw
Nation in 1900. Other children were Aden Oregon, Missouri Ann Gilliland, and
Rhoda Elizabeth STEPHENS. They all eventually settled in the Chickasha area.
They were originally from Georgia.
Does any of that fit with your family?
Lise
