Subject: Looking for Ancestors

My first known ancestor on the Stewart's was *Alexander Stewart b. ca
1685 in Scotland, came to America about 1697, he married Mary Bailey
around 1701. He had children, Jean, *Robert, Anna and Mary. *Robert is
the one in my line, b. Jan 25, 1711, he married Martha Richardson,
April 3, 1833. They had children, John, Alexander, Mary, Jehu,
Catherine, Rachel, Isaac, *Gravenor, Amos and Hannah. *Gravenor is the
one in my line, he was born in 1756, died Dec. 1831, married Jane
Fields 1788. They had children, Robert, Lydia Fields, Rebecca, Ruth,
Ann (Nancy), Mary Polly, Temperance, Patience, Jane, Mitilda and
Priscilla. *Lydia Fields Stewart is the one in my line, she was born
1786, died 1869, married James Lacey ? probably in Ga., would like to
know when or what year. Have been trying to find out on the Lacey
side, but haven't had any luck as can not find out who James Lacey's
parents are, he was born July 4, 1781? in Penn.,moved to Md. then to
Ga. then to Ky. died April 5 1854 in Pettis Co. Missouri. Lydia Fields
Stewart and James Lacey had children James K, James Jr., John Kay,
Lydia F, Patience, Granmore S, Rebecca S, Joann, and George Ward, who
was my gggrandfather and married Louisa Ann Wright.

I would be very interested in finding out more about these families.
