Someone ask if I got the rate difference between "library" and first
class......no, I was so agravated that I didn't. But, I think the
postal guy saw I was a tad aggravated because he sheepishly informed
me with a grin that the difference on one of the packages between
first class and "priority" mail was only 5 cents ! But, I didn't
send it priority just to be onery. :)
