I am trying to find someone who would be researching Stuart/Stewarts in
Winston Co. MS in 1850.
I know of four Stewart families in that county that census year. Aaron
Stewart age 33 born in AL; William G. (should be D.) age 26 born in AL (my
family); William Stewart age 54 born in PA; and Aaron Stewart (age 60) 's
widow Sarah Stewart who had a son name Aaron born 1840 and a son Thomas
Hazel born 1828. My family is William D. Stewart which we spell Stuart.
About 1853 he moved his family to Neshoba Co. MS where they lived and died.
Many of the family are still in Neshoba Co. MS. I am trying to piece
together how these four families are related as three were living next door
to each other at the time of the census. I know nothing of my family past
this 1850 census. Can anyone help me? Louise
