List,

I need help reading an illegible footnote number in The Stewart Clan
Magazine. Its on page 48, of the June 1954 issues. (Tome G, Volume 31,
Number 12) Halfway down the page there is a list of names. It's at the end
of the line that begins with "Joshua".

Even though they are in bound books, many of the issue at the repository I
use are very poor photocopies. When I returned (it's a 150 mile round
trip), I couldn't read their copy either. Would you believe the repository
is the Nebraska State Historical Society Museum and Library - the home state
of the Editor, George Edson? He started the magazine in Filley, Nebraska in
July 1922.
