I'm looking for someone that might know something about a John STEWART who married Jane WILSON in Venango County, Pennsylvania, cir 1840. Jane was probably born in the early 1820's so I'm guessing she might have married by the early 1840's. The WILSON family left Venango County for Ontario, Canada, in 1846, and John and Jane left, too, settling in the Binbrook, Ontario, area.

The WILSON family connected with STEWART's in Ontario after arriving there in 1846. My Greatgrandfather, James Foster WILSON, married two STEWART women....Margaret and Sarah Matilda, daughters of James and Sarah (TOPHAM) STEWART. I have no idea if the John STEWART that married Jane WILSON in Pennsylvania is connected to the STEWART's of Ontario.

I would like to hear from anyone having a connection to or information about John STEWART and Jane WILSON of Venango County, Pennsylvania, and Ontario, Canada.
