Present: Edward Booker, Richard Booker, Thomas Tabb and William booker, Gent. Justices.
Tresspass action, James MOORE, plt. and Garrot STEWART dismissed, being agreed.
Court held Jan. 16, 1746/7
On motion of John Hall, Gent., ordered Church Wardens of Raleigh Parish to bind out Ann, Mary, John and Joseph Stewart, children of Susanna Stewart.
George Moore appointed surveyor of a road from Snails Creek to Lunenburg Co in room of Stephen Collins. John Hardin, George Stewart, Stephen Collins, Mr Nash´s quarter, Col. Randolph´s two quarters, Robert Adkins, Watkins, Davis and all other person convenient ordered to clear it.
Ordered Peter Davis and hand under him, with hands of Col. Randolph´s quarter and Mr. Nash´s and George Stewart´s, assist George Moore in learing his road.

WILLIAM CALDWELL, Gent, witness for John STEWART vs. Robeet MOODY, to be paid 75 lbs tobacco by him for one days attendance.
page 242. Wm. DUDGEON, wit for John Stewart vs, Robert Moody, to be paid 75 lbs tobacco for one days attendance and coming and returning 52 miles once.
Wm. Caldwell, Gent. 75 lbs tobacco for 50 miles coming and returning for John Stewart.
