The following appeared January 11, 2000 in the Richmond (Virginia)
Times-Dispatch:


STOUT Sylvia Rommell Stout, died Sunday, January 9, 2000. She is
survived by one daughter, Joan Smart; three grandchildren; one
great-grandchild; one sister, Josephine Fiegl. Remains rest at the
West Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home, 11020 W. Broad St., where family
will receive friends 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday. A
graveside service will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday in Forest Lawn
Cemetery.

Stout, Mrs. Sylvia Rommell, 91, of Richmond, widow of John Stout.
