I have been trying to find the marriage record of Joseph Andrew Wills,
born 20 APR 1873 in Cynthiana Kentucky, died 24 JAN 1950 in Cynthiana
and Ethel Lee Stroud, born 20 MAY 1892 Minerva, Mason County, Kentucky,
died 24 NOV 1990 in New York.

It is said that they were married on June 21, 1924 in Pineville,
Kentucky. I have tried looking every where, but am sure that there are
places I don't know to look. Could someone please help and let me know
what other possible ways there are to get a marriage record.
