Teresa and all, thanks for the concern.
Well things got fairly exciting the 29th! I have lights and water back but no
phone services. Likely will be a few weeks there. Trees that could have
fallen on the house fell the other way so there was no structural damage. I
can only check email from work fro the time being.
I got my upgrade to the 37 marker DNA results back last week. I match Buck
Stewart and the known descendants of James & Mary Lafferty Stewart of old
Augusta Co., VA 37/37!
Now I need to find a paper trail!
If anyone knows of a possible link to the James Stewart family that most
likely went through VA to KY to TN to AL to MS please let me know!
My genealogy research will be very limited for a while.
I'm posting this to the other related lists so please excuse the duplication.
