I am also looking for SUCHY ancestors in the former Galicia area. I have researched my SUCHY ancestors back to Nicolai SUCHY, born about 1809, probably in Telesnica Sanna, Galicia, Poland. Telesnica Sanna is about 10 miles from the Czech border & about 10 miles from the Ukraine border. I'd like to hear more about your SUCHY research, as I am at a brick wall with my research. Galicia & Polish records for early 1800s and earlier are almost non-existant.
