Hello everbody,

Can anyone out there help me with a problem I have with my great
grandfather?

In the 1891 census he is named as Harry BALAAM aged 28 born Honington,
Suffolk
When he married in 1882 he gave his age as 21 and his father as William LANE
In the 1881 census William LANE's son is named as Harry LANE aged 19 born
Thetford, Norfolk and his wife as Betsy LANE born Honington, Suffolk

I believe the Harry detailed above to be one and the same person, but havn't
yet uncovered an explanation although I have a few ideas. Does anyone know
the correct explanation?
