I have a John Clutton, born abt 1747, and married to Mary Barber on 8
August 1770. My records show Mary as being born abt 1751. No place of
birth of marriage is available in my records.
Their daughter Mary Clutton was born 27 Mar 1773 in Wissett, Suffolk,
England and married my third great grandfather Michael Hancer 15 Oct 1792 in
Wissett, Suffolk, England.
Other people I know that are researching Cluttons and Barbers are Nigel J.
Cooper, email , a Mr. Lawrence Barber
(), and Cindy Huffaker <>.
All of these are doing research on these lines. The information I have was
handed down to me, and my interests so far have been with other lines, so I
can't help much more than this.
Good luck, I hope this helps. If you find out we're cousins or something
let me know.
Tom
