You might like to take a look at Win-Family software.
It is a shareware program produced by a Danish Developer. The program can be
downloaded from the net which will allow you to do everything except print,
however you can see the family trees in print preview. When you purchase the
program you are given a pin number which allows
you to print.
Family trees can be printed in any of the four directions ie from you down the
page to your ancestors or from your ancestors down the page to you or the same
choices but running the tree across the page. This is done by simply clicking on
the appropriate arrow head. You can select the amount of information you wish to
include in your tree - you can just select to have the name of the person or you
can include birth, death, occupation, spouse etc. You can vary the colours you
wish to use in the printout as well as the size of the font. The connection lines

match up well when your tree spreads across a number of printed pages.
The information is easy to enter into the program and there are a number of
printouts available apart from Family Trees, as well as the capacity to design
your own printouts. Statistics can also be produced and there is a validation
report to check your data entry of information.
A complete series of Lessons is available and this can be downloaded as a word
document from the following site. The site also contains screen shots from the
program. To access them click on Screen Shots on the left hand side of the first
screen of the web page.
