Hi All,

I got a Birth cert for my gmother last Monday (30/8). My request was
emailed around 12/6. According to my Mastercard statement I was billed on
23/8. 1 week mailing time is normal from England to Australia. This
suggests that the problem is not postal, but definitely GRO.

Cheers,
