Dear All, Since I subscribed to this list, I've found it to be most interesting. Here is a list of all my surnames (Unless mentioned otherwise, all places are Suffolk), in case anyone's got a connection.

CHAPMAN - Newmarket (All Saints Parish, debatable whether in Suffolk or Cambs!)
CLARK(E) - Wissington and Nayland
COUSINS - Hadleigh and Whatfield (two occurrences)
CRICK - Cockfield
CRISP - Shelley
CULLING - Newton Flotman, Norfolk
CUSHION - Laxfield and Stradbroke
GAME - Stanningfield and Cockfield
GENT - Newton near Sudbury and Groton
GODBOLD - Metfield
GOOLD / GOULD - Felsham (key name - Bixby Goold)
GRIGGS - Newton near Sudbury and Assington
GRIMSEY - Hadleigh and Layham
HORREX - Felsham
JARMAN - Edwardstone
LONG - Brettenham and Thorpe Morieux
LUNGLEY - Cavendish
MOORE - Lowestoft
MOSS - Felsham in the 1890's
PARR - Newmarket (see CHAPMAN!)
PERKINS - Bradfield St George
RICHARDSON - Hadleigh, Layham, Polstead, Whatfield, Naughton, Wissington, and all points in
between!
This is my chief interest. If you have the name GRIMSEY RICHARDSON in your
family tree, then you are undoubtedly related to me! There were three generations
of Thatchers in this family, and they appear quite prominently in White's 1844.
SMITH - Laxfield, Semer and Stanningfield (three occurrences)
THROWER - Ketteringham, Norfolk and Lowestoft
TIFFEN - Assington and Great Cornard
WARNER - Assington; possible connection with the WARNERs of Bulmer Essex?
WILDING - Stanningfield
WRIGHT - Felsham in the 1890's
